Welcome to the Cottam Family site! I am very new to this sort of thing, but I am going to give it a try.
Life is great in the Cottam household. Very routine, but great none the less! Kyle is gearing up for the Utah Summer Games, which is he the SID for. It will take up most of the month of June, but will be a great experience for him! Our niece Courtney will be competing in it this upcoming weekend, so we will be having visitors come and stay with us, namely Mom Cottam, Kris and her three kids Courtney, Trent, and Tanner. I will be on kid detail, mostly keeping the boys busy at the pool with Mom Cottam!
I am currently keeping busy with my little garden that is entailed of pumpkins! They are getting bigger, and it has been an amazing experience watching something grow, which I have never done before. (At least if I have, I have never paid much attention to this before.)
We just got back from SLC this past weekend. I was up for the week watching our nephew Samuel for 5 days. I had a great time, but I have to admit that I am thankful that God does not give you two year olds to start out with! I did get loads of exercise running after him. He is all about playing with swords, and even Uncle Aaron played with him, falling to the floor each time that he was struck, meaning he was up and down off of the floor about 20 times! I don't think that I could have survived this experience without my Mom! Nana and Papa were over every night just to help me out! On Monday we spent some time with the Cottams at the Davies home on our way back home. Karin was the expert cook on the grill, and Kyle and I had a great time playing with the nieces and nephews! By the time we were home, I was very excited about sleeping in my own bed!
